2-day online CPD workshop
Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th June 2024 10am to 5pm BST
An exciting, interactive 2-day workshop, where we will explore the issues involved in working with clients who self-harm. We will look at several theories to support us in how we think about and work with clients who self-harm.
At the end of the 2 days participants will go away with a deeper understanding of the issue of self-harm, and how to work with and support clients who use self-harm as a coping mechanism.
Drawing on a number of models, this workshop will provide you with various tools with which we can support clients who self-harm.
This workshop will provide you with:
Students and practitioners with a broad general knowledge of TA who are either in practice or ready to start their practice.
This workshop will involve teaching, exploration and interaction, using both a theoretical and practical framework. It will include small group work, exercises and plenary discussion.
