At Physis Scotland we are delighted to provide training in counselling and psychotherapy in the Transactional Analysis (TA) approach.
Based in the elegant west end of Edinburgh, we are proud to be the only registered Transactional Analysis training establishment in Scotland. We offer a wide range of courses, from brief TA taster sessions to extended training, leading you to recognised qualifications including the Diploma in Counselling using TA (COSCA validated).
For trained counsellors and psychotherapists, we also deliver a suite of stimulating and educational CPD workshops and advanced courses.
Our training is of the highest standard. It is current, creative, forward-thinking and refreshing in its approach. We value difference and diversity in all forms.
Physis Scotland has been designed with the needs of our students in mind; providing a warm, bright, calm, tranquil and welcoming environment, we offer a unique space in which to learn, blossom and flourish.
Our rooms are also the ideal environment for client work, and are available for hire on a session by session basis and/or alternatively block booking for very reasonable rates. In addition, we offer a preferential rate for newly qualified practitioners who have recently set up in private practice.
Whatever the nature of your enquiry we would love to hear from you, so please do get in touch!
Grow Beyond Imagination
Directors of Training Fiona Cook, PTSTA and Fiona Firman, PTSTA introduce the Foundation Certificate in Transactional Analysis. Course commencing September 2023.
“I have been involved with Physis Scotland from the beginning in 2017. I have been thoroughly impressed with how Fi and Fifi have brought their life, passion and energy for TA and psychotherapy and developed a training programme that is robust, challenging and thought provoking. Their attention to detail and ability to consider the micro and macro perspectives mean that the students receive a course that is well thought through and supportive of them as trainees”. External Examiner, June 2023.
