Transactional Analysis Considerate Communication Training

Managers and Leaders play a hugely important role in your organisation. They lead, direct, guide, manage, support and, when supported and trained to do so, know how to get the most from their staff. This in turn has a direct impact on the productivity of your organisation. The common link in all these activities is COMMUNICATION, and leaders who CONSIDER how they communicate can have a powerful influence on what they invite back, and therefore how well your organisation functions.

Physis Scotland has developed an essential short course to meet these needs – so please read on...

Invest in your Leaders

Your organisation and leaders are facing different challenges in 21st century workplaces and some more sophisticated tools and skills may be needed to get the most from your staff. They are now dealing more often with issues like:

  • Higher staff absence

  • Managers and/or staff feeling stressed

  • Loss of trained staff leading to subsequent recruitment and training processes and costs

  • Workplace atmoshpere has become more negative

  • Increased levels of anxiety, depression and mental health issues in staff

  • Staff turnover increased

These are just a few. Communication is key in managing all of these issues, and this training is about the importance of giving that Consideration, so you influence the behaviour you want from your staff, and improve the general wellbeing of your workplace. In doing so this will also mean you meet UK Employment Law requirements.
