Physis Scotland aims to provide a quality service to all our students and participants attending any of our courses. Physis Scotland recognises however that there may be occasions where issues arise, and in such cases will endeavour to address and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Physis Scotland Complaints Policy provides the people receiving services from us, customers or representatives the opportunity to offer us feedback on the quality of the service received. It also gives us an opportunity to learn and develop. All complaints will always be treated seriously, respectfully and confidentially.

If the Physis Complaints process does not result in resolution of the complaint which relates to any aspect of our training programmes, the COSCA Complaints process may be used.
