Complaints Procedures

Physis Scotland Complaints Policy provides the people receiving services from us, customers or representatives the opportunity to offer us feedback on the quality of the service received. It also gives us an opportunity to learn and develop.

If the Physis Complaints process does not result in resolution of the complaint which relates to any aspect of our training programmes, the COSCA complaints process may be used.
