About Our Group, Meeting and Workshop Rooms
Physis Scotland is a counselling and psychotherapy training organisation, so our larger rooms are set up for training groups – where both comfort and space to move and interact are vital. This enables extremely flexible use such as interactive workshops, group therapy sessions, dynamic meetings and engaging presentations.
The Ayres Room
With two large windows overlooking the front of the building and being up on the 3rd floor – the Ayres Room is an extremely light, spacious room. This room is decorated with a purple, plush pink and grey theme, and has soft furnishings and soft lighting. Holding up to 20 people, this is our largest room, facilitating a variety of uses such as therapy groups, workshops, support groups and training.
It can be book in combination with some of the smaller rooms, allowing for breakout opportunities during a meeting or workshop.

The Clarkson Room
With a bright outlook over the street below, light floods in the large window. Decorated with a sunflower yellow, poppy red and burnt orange theme, this room has a 3-seater sofa, 3 comfortable chairs, soft lighting and soft furnishings. Comfortably holding up to 6 people, The Clarkson Room is perfect for individual, couples counselling or family work. It is also excellent for supervision, smaller meetings or workshops.

The Library Room
The Library Room, is a stunning space and as you can imagine has a fascinating collection of counselling and psychotherapy books. It is tastefully decorated with an autumnal theme and has two 2-seater sofas, comfy chairs, soft furnishings and soft lighting. Holding up to 9 people this room works well for family work, small meetings, workshops or presentations. It can also facilitate group coaching sessions.

- We use the online booking system Skedda which is super easy to use, whilst giving you complete autonomy of room booking according to your need (subject to availability) – our Administrator will be in touch following your enquiry and completion of our Contract regarding use

- Access to the communal kitchen (on ground floor), with use of microwave, kettle and fridge
- Access to toilet on the third floor
- Free Wi-Fi
- Use of flip chart and/or TV for presentations
- Permission to use Physis Scotland’s name and address in relevant advertising
- The rooms can be hired hourly, half day or full day
- For regular users: the option to appear on the Directory of Counsellors page on Physis Scotland’s website
- For regular room users: possible referral opportunities
- For regular room users: 10% discount on Physis Scotland CPD workshops

The Ayres Room
- Individual and couples counselling sessions, and consultations: £15 per hour
- Half day rate: £100
- Full day rate: £200
The Library Room
- Half day rate: £75
- Full day rate: £150
The Clarkson Room
- Half day rate: £45
- Full day rate: £90
