In their 2023 book “Ecotherapy – a Field Guide’, Key and Tudor present a meta-perspective on the field of ecotherapy based on their research, bringing into view the different approaches to and philosophies of ecotherapy.
In the third workshop in this series, we will be exploring this metatheory and examining what kind of eco practitioners we want to be and how these differing approaches may align to our existing respective TA philosophies.
Trainees and practitioners in practice, or nearing starting practice, who want to include ecological considerations within their work.

Rebecca is an indoor and outdoor psychotherapist and eco-therapist. She has an interest in exploring the constructs under which people come to be who they are, from both an interpersonal and ecological perspective.
She has been an active member of the Eco TA community since the first cohort in 2020 and was published in the TAJ in January 2023 with an article about script development within an ecological frame.
This is the third in a series of two-hour Eco TA workshops throughout May 2024.
