Supervision Taster Series Workshop 3: Monday 13th May 2024, 18.30 – 20.30
A series of five evening online taster workshops on the theme of supervision. Facilitated by expert trainer Nicky Worrall TSTA(P), they will offer an opportunity to explore several themes.
Workshop 3 – Developing Trust, Transition and Growth
Learning to use supervisory relationships is not straightforward, perhaps because of earlier experiences of helping relationships, fear of shame and power dynamics. We will explore how supervisees learn how to use supervision. How do we create a reflective space in which there is freedom to err without shame and to learn the value of rupture and the opportunity for repair?
If you are a supervisor or are considering becoming one, why not join us?
This is the third in a series of Supervision Taster workshops from April to June 2024.
£10 per workshop. Book all 5 and receive the 5th one Free.
If you intend to book all 5, email Olivia Burroughs for the code to apply when you book the Supervision Taster Workshop 5.
