Supervision Taster Series Workshop 4: Monday 20th May 2024, 18.30 – 20.30
A series of five evening online taster workshops on the theme of supervision. Facilitated by expert trainer Nicky Worrall TSTA(P), they will offer an opportunity to explore several themes.
Workshop 4 – Ethical Dilemmas: Accounting for Unconscious Process in Supervision
When ethical dilemmas arise, we have Ethical Codes and principles to use as our reference point, however, most ethical dilemmas are rooted in the unconscious. Drawing on the work of Bond and Eusden, we will explore how we find ways of navigating unconscious process. There will always be ethical dilemmas, the ethics codes give us an external compass and as supervisors we also need to find our own internal compass and help supervisees to do the same.
If you are a supervisor or are considering becoming one, why not join us?
This is the fourth in a series of Supervision Taster workshops from April to June 2024.
£10 per workshop. Book all 5 and receive the 5th one Free.
If you intend to book all 5, email Olivia Burroughs for the code to apply when you book the Supervision Taster Workshop 5.
