I am a qualified counsellor with a COSCA Diploma in Counselling using Transactional Analysis and registered member of BACP and UKATA.
I have experience working with young people and adults, supporting them with bereavement, relationship difficulties, work-related issues, anxiety, depression, anger, self-criticism and lack of self-belief.
