I offer a compassionate, confidential and safe space to explore and support you in a deeper understanding of who you are, in order to move forward in life. I work empathically and creatively.

My specialisms are self-esteem, life adjustments, depression, ADD/ADHD, Autism, childhood trauma and bereavement.

Sessions are £55 for 50 mins in Physis Scotland, 22 Drumsheugh Gardens, Edinburgh.
