I offer a safe and welcoming space for you to explore your present reality, which may be feelings of depression, anxiety, overwhelm or life events. I offer short and long term therapy depending on your needs and the stage you are at in your therapy journey.
My standard rate is £55 per session. I offer a concessionary rate of £45 for counselling trainees.
