I offer a somatic approach in a counselling experience using Transactional Analysis. My training and experiences in yoga, mindfulness, focussing and somatic regulation inform my practise.
A Psychology degree with a hunger for learning which continues today take me into new areas of understanding neurodiversity and menopause.
I offer online sessions and in-person sessions in Dundee and Kinross.
