Workshop Outline

Are you looking for a to get a better understanding of how culture is formed, what it comprises and how to change it? Maybe you would like a way of seeing the culture of your current organisation because it becomes invisible to us within weeks. Join us on Wednesday 20 November to find out what is going on in the culture of an organisation you know.

Culture is a recurring theme in organisational life. It affects how people speak to each other, how they feel about their work, how work gets done, or not, and how teams collaborate. It also influences how the company interacts with the outside world.

In this 90-minute webinar we will draw upon a rich source of TA material on culture in response to your questions. You will explore an Organisational TA approach to understanding culture along and how to use a simple framework that will empower you to work through your workplace challenges.

Here’s what you’ll gain:

  • A framework to bring organisational culture to life in conversations with others

  • Clarity around what is about you and what forms part of the culture

  • A way of clarifying the key components of a culture that you know as well as working out where to intervene to make a difference

A CPD certificate of 1.5 hours will be offered to attendees.
