Organisational Transactional Analysis
A pathway for coaches, consultants and TA practitioners — from introductory webinars to advanced programmes and the CTA qualification in the organisational field.
Physis Scotland and Intact Academy have come together to bring Organisational TA to the UK for the first time as a structured, annually-running pathway. Led by Sari van Poelje — one of the world's foremost authorities on Organisational TA — the programme takes you from an accessible introduction to advanced executive and team coaching practice, with a clear route to the EATA/ITAA CTA qualification in the organisational field.

For TA Practitioners
Already working with TA? Take it into organisations.
If you have a background in Transactional Analysis — whether in the psychotherapy, counselling or educational field — the organisational world may be the next natural step. The frameworks you already know take on new meaning when applied to groups, teams and whole organisations. This pathway gives you a structured, supervised route into that territory.
-
Build on your existing TA knowledge in a new context
-
Understand how ego states, scripts and transactions manifest at the systemic level
-
Develop a coherent methodology for working with leaders and leadership teams
-
Work towards the CTA qualification in the organisational field (EATA / ITAA)
-
Join a growing UK community of Organisational TA practitioners
For Coaches, Consultants & Leaders
A psychological framework for organisational change that actually works
If you work with organisations — as an executive coach, OD consultant, HR professional, mentor or leader — Transactional Analysis offers something most frameworks don't: a psychologically grounded way of understanding why organisations and the people in them behave the way they do. And, crucially, where and how to intervene. No prior knowledge of TA is needed.

-
Understand organisations and teams at a deeper level — structure, dynamics and culture
-
Develop a rigorous model for problem definition and intervention
-
Work with leaders on the issues that actually drive performance — not just the presenting problem
-
Progress to EMCC Senior Practitioner accreditation in executive and team coaching
-
Build towards the internationally recognised CTA qualification
Two audiences, one powerful framework
Organisational TA speaks to two distinct groups of people - both of whom will find something rare and genuinely useful here.
Which one sounds like you?

A note on our two pricing tiers
The advanced programmes (TAO2 and TAO3) are offered at two rates: an individual rate for participants funding their own professional development, and an organisational rate for participants whose place is being funded by an employer or organisation. We believe in making high-quality training as accessible as possible to individuals, while ensuring that organisations contribute appropriately to the development of their people. If you are unsure which rate applies to you, please get in touch and we will be happy to advise.
