Transformational Team Coaching

1.    Responsibilities Intact

  • The organization will execute the workshops as described. The latest information on workshops is to be found on www.intactacademy.com

  • It is the primary responsibility of INTACT to provide their best possible services to the client. To fulfil this high standard of excellence Intact constantly reviews and monitors results and engages in continuous professional development of staff.

 

2.    Responsibilities participants

  • Attend the whole program, including the planned workshops, supervision and intervision groups and homework, as prescribed by the program.

  • Prepare reading, homework and presentations, papers or projects as necessary for the program

  • Take action to realize their personal learning and professional development goals

  • Be co-responsible for the group process and supportive of their colleagues' development

 

3.    Values

  • Intact develops their clients from a position of dignity, autonomy and personal responsibility

  • Intact staff and participants shall refrain from derogatory statements or innuendoes that disparage the standing, qualifications or character of others.

  • Intact staff and participants accept responsibility to confront a colleague whom they have reasonable cause to believe is acting in an unethical manner, and, failing resolution, to report that colleague to the appropriate professional body.

  • Intact staff and participants are expected to conduct themselves in such a way that they neither promote nor passively agree with any form of discrimination or oppressive behaviors.

  • Intact will operate and conduct services to clients and/or trainees with full responsibility to, and knowledge of, existing laws of the state and/or country in which they work.

4.    Materials

  • The trainer will ensure that the participants receive relevant training materials

  • Workshops may be (video) taped by the organization and parts may be used for podcasts.

  • The intellectual property rights of materials, including but not limited to the title, concept, methodology, agenda, documentation and any relevant deliverable produced by the organization, remain with Intact Academy.

  • The Transformational Team Coaching model and the Evolutionary executive coaching model are trademarked.

  • At no time may the materials or parts thereof be disclosed to third parties, sold, leased or otherwise commercially exploited without prior written consent of the trainer. Abuse of copyright or confidentiality may result in immediate expulsion from the activity or group, without restitution of the fee and/or legal action.

 

5.    Confidentiality

  • The organization, participant and trainer acknowledge that the content and all materials and information regarding the training program and participants are confidential in nature.

  • Personal data is confidential and will not be used or sold for any other public purpose.

  • Registration enables the organization to include your data in the participant registry system. If you do not want to receive announcements of other activities you can tick email us at sjp@intactacademy.com.

 

6.    Payment

  • Information about the fees per workshop and/or program can be found on:www.intactacademy.com and/or the host organization.

  • Any transfer or conversion costs are to be paid by the participant or their corporation.

  • Invoices are sent after confirmation of your registration or contract within two weeks. By registering you agree to our registration conditions.

  • All prices are excluding VAT or comparable.

  • Payment must be made at least two weeks before the activity takes place.

  • If payment is not made on time interest of 2% per day is payable. If you do not pay debt collection fees are owed plus 15% interest on the total amount.

7.    Absence by participant

  • If absence is inevitable, participants contract before the start of the program about a possibility to do the workshop elsewhere or do extra homework if they expect to be absent.

  • An absence of more than 15% of the contracted time and activities will result in the participant not receiving the certificate for that program.

  • An absence of more than 25% of the contracted time or activities will result in the participant contract being resolved. 

  • Certain professional responsibilities will continue beyond the termination of the contract. They include, but are not limited to, the following: maintenance of agreed-upon confidentiality, avoidance of any exploitation of the former relationship, provision for any needed follow-up care.

8.    Cancellation by participant

  • Up to 14 days after registration the participant can withdraw their participation freely. Cancellation should be made in writing. The date of receipt of cancellation is the official date of cancellation.

  • Cancellation after this time does not give the right to a full refund. Costs at cancellation of training:
    - 30 days before the first workshop: 25% total costs
    - 30 to 14 days before the first workshop: 50% total costs
    - Within 14 days before the first workshop: 100% total costs

  • The refund will be sent within six weeks of the date of receipt of the written cancellation.

  • In the event of termination by the participant during a training program, participants are required to attend the beginning of the next activity to say appropriate goodbyes to the group and the trainer.

 

9.    Cancellation by the organization

  • The organization may cancel the workshops partially or fully, due to unforeseeable adverse circumstances (such as health deterioration, injury or serious travel risks or constraints).

  • In the event of cancellation the organization shall communicate the cancellation to the participant and will provide a replacement-training course within 12 months after the cancellation date.

  • The cancellation by the organization shall not have any effect on the claim of the Training Fee for 12 months from the cancellation date. If the Service Provider does not offer replacement training the relevant part of training fee is redeemable by the Customer, within three weeks of the original training date.

  • No cancellation can be made after 3 days prior to the training start dates, save serious physical constraints or vis major. Such events and circumstances include: Natural disasters, public disturbance, turmoil, serious travel risks or serious travel constraints.

10. Mediation and complaint procedure

  • In case of a complaint about organization and planning, content or execution of training participants are invited to write to Intact. Intact will confirm receipt of the complaint within 2 weeks.

  • The complaints procedure is confidential. o    The complaint will if possible be dealt with by Intact within three weeks of receipt. Our aim is to find a solution that satisfies all stakeholders.

  • If the complainant is then still not satisfied, it is possible to then refer the complaint for mediation to an independent third party from the EMCC or EATA. The organization follows the guidelines for arbitrage as stated in the EATA and EMCC ethics code.

  • These mediation results are binding for Intact, and Intact will execute the agreed measures forthwith.

  • All complaints are registered and the results of the mediation are archived for 5 years’ maximum, before being destroyed.

11. Code of conduct

  • The organization abides by the ethical and professional code of the European Transactional Analysis Association and requires guest trainers and participants to do the same.
