Workshop Outline
Join Vanessa and Marguerite on 5 September, from 9am - 10.30am BST for a preview of our new development program for those working inside organisations.
The purpose of this programme is to enable you to increase your effectiveness in dealing with the challenges you face in the workplace. Not only will it improve your ability to address difficult people issues, it will enhance your understanding of how organisations operate dynamically in a way that affects the culture, people and performance. You will take away the ultimate organisational toolkit that is highly relevant for any people manager or leader, OD or change practitioner, business owner, consultant or coach.
Why attend?
During this concise webinar, you'll experience a snapshot of the program's content and structure, and meet our facilitators. You'll leave with actionable ideas that can immediately be applied in your workplace, a clearer understanding of the program's benefits, and an opportunity to engage directly by asking questions.
A CPD certificate of 1.5 hours will be offered to attendees.
