Physis Scotland is located in the heart of the grandeur of the West End of Edinburgh, less than a 15-minute walk from Haymarket Station. With our own entrance, down external basement steps at 22 Drumsheugh Gardens we can offer our bright, airy training room spaces for hire. Flexible spaces suitable for therapy groups, individual counselling, couples counselling and training groups – in a warm, welcoming environment.
Room 1
- Large spacious room with window to the front
- Mixed seating including sofas and individual seats
- Seating available for 21
- TV screen with HDMI to connect to your own lap top/media player
- Flip charts and pens
Room 2
- Smaller room with window to the front
- Mixed seating – sofas and individual chairs
- Seating available for 12
- No TV screen or projector
- Flip charts and pens
Additional information
- Free Wi-Fi
- Elegant waiting area, where people can wait if they are accompanying someone to an appointment
- There is no receptionist at Physis Scotland. Please ensure your clients do not arrive more than 5 minutes before their appointment, and you are available to let them in
- Complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits available in the kitchen, help yourself (please note this kitchen is shared by other offices, please leave clean and tidy)
- If you would like to order outside catering, we often use Opulent Catering
- On street metered parking is available in the local streets, but parking charges are high.
- The area is served with a good bus network and the nearest tram stop is about a 7-minute walk
Room rates
- Hourly rate £12 per hour
- Reduced hourly rate of £10 per hour when booking a minimum of 4 consecutive hours per week.
- We offer a preferential rate for newly qualified practitioners who have recently set up in private practice.
- The rooms can also be hired for half day and full day.
