Evening Online Workshop 8th September 2022 – 6pm until 8pm
In this workshop, we will create a reflective space to explore the theme of invisibility and visibility in supervision. Are we aware of it or where do we sit with this ourselves? What might be the internal and external factors which influence this?
As supervisees and supervisors, we all have the right not to know, to ask questions and make mistakes and yet it can feel a risk to ask for help. How will we be met?
How might we think about the parallel process of the clients who don’t get taken to supervision?
We will explore the intersubjective process of moving from invisibility to visibility and how we co-create a space to grow.
The workshop is designed for supervisees and newly qualified or experienced supervisors, to continue to develop your supervision skills and support you in your supervision practice. Or perhaps you are an experienced counsellor or psychotherapist considering expanding your practice to offer clinical supervision. Perfect for anyone considering starting Physis Scotland’s COSCA validated Diploma in Counselling Supervision course, commencing October 2022.
