Why do we as humans get so drained and lacking motivation? Lacking our energy even for the good things? We will explore together where our energy goes and develop strategies for how to gain it back and keep it in balance. You will develop your own energy management plan which you can apply to your client work.

Nea works in North Leeds and online in private practice, where she leads supervision and therapy groups and holds presentations at multiple venues. Nea is particularly interested in neurodiversity and couples work. She supports trainees and practitioners to develop a healthy and confident professional identity.
