I am a qualified and BACP Registered Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I hold a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Group Work, a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and a COSCA Certificate in Counselling Skills. I have been in practice for 3 years, and work with clients individually as well as facilitating group therapy.
