I work Integratively, combining techniques from both Person-Centred and Psychodynamic approaches.

I believe in placing focus on tracing your current distress back to its root causes, as well as addressing your “here and now” symptoms. This dual approach allows clients to begin feeling relief in their day to day life, while ensuring that the underlying causes are being addressed, which in turn can lead to longer, more sustainable change and progress.

I charge £50 per 50 minute session. I offer a concessionary rate of £40 for students and those on a low income.
